Charter for alt.discuss.activist.against.spam:

This will be for sharing of where to report SPAM. And we can all work together to report people who SPAM our discuss groups. Like when one of them SPAM's a newsgroup. It should be reported in this group. This will help us all know where it is so we can all report it. Webtv will do some thing if they get lots of reports. With all of us working together we can stop SPAM.
