Proposal: alt.discuss.activist.against.webtv-stalkers

Charter for alt.discuss.activist.against.webtv-stalkers:

This will be a support group for those of us who are/have been stalked by other webtv users.We will work together to stop these stalkers. There are just too many of these cyber gangs in alt discuss. Discussion about where to report them. It seems that the WNI abuse dept. does not care. So we can share where to send these messages to. Like what is the right address to the F.B.I. and the police.Maybe just maybe after this abuse@.net will start doing something about this?
