Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.basketball.ncaa

This will be a place for all hoops fans to get together and talk College Basketball. With the absence of the NBA alot more attention and interest will be pointed at College Basketball. I only want the votes of people who will upon its creation will be active posters to this group.
