Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.emergency.preparedness

With disaster situations seeminly on the rise, ie; hurricanes, floods, tornadoes, and of course the ever looming rollover to the year 2,000, discussion topics would include food and water storage, and preparation, heat, lights, personal safety, and day to day conveniences too numerous to mention. NOT a forum for militant government blasting. Simply emergency/disaster preparations
