Charter/discription for alt.discuss.entertainment.scifi

Group was set up by Dave Mack in September of 1997 at the request of a number of users.

Made for a very odd hierarchy in the old 'w' groups with Starwars in entertainment.movies and Startrek in entertainment.tv. Complaints were made, but to no avail. All three flounder as a result.
