Charter for alt.discuss.handicapped.persons:

To discuss improving life styles of handicapped persons, and stating any complaints about accessability for handicapped persons to buildings, parking areas, etc. There will be no flaming, racist remarks, or use of any profane language! Violations of this will result in one warning given, if future violation occurs, banishment!
