Charter for alt.discuss.harlemnights

The purpose of this group is to provide a forum for ethnic groups to discuss today's controversial issues in all nine areas of people activity: ECONOMICS, EDUCATION, ENTERTAINMENT, LABOR, LAW, POLITICS, RELIGION, SEX, and WAR.

Participants will be able to express their views on all of these issues, enabling the voice of the today's youth to be heard.
