Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.homepage.help

This NewsGroup is a place where people can gather and help people with there homepages, and provide answers to there questions on how to make a homepage, good ideas for a homepage, where to make a homepage, and other such things. We will also talk about html, and javascript and other types of programming. Please if all you want to do is come here and put down other peoples homepages, or there help to other people. Then please go some where else and do this. We dont want to put people down, and push them away from building a homepage. We want to make it so if they would like to we can help them with it.
