Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.html.design
I wanted to start a news group that talks about designing grafphics and websites...because all the other NGs talk about how to learn this and how to learn that (which is all good) but you never hear anyone talk about how is the best way to present this or what would constitute a business type website or is there a way to make a site more functional ... these are more advanced questions I never see in the NGs we have...they are all full of newbies ...they are learning but I am not...I have learned almost all I can learn from the NGs icluding the alt.discuss.dhtml groups...they never have advanced discussions. I am always striving to learn more, to know everything I can untill I am creating new ways to teach them myself.
