This group would encourage posting of materials relating to the marketing, administration, customer service, service and new technology relevant to the improvement of WebTV Networks products.
Posts might include questions and answers related to set up and present and future capabilities or add ons, along with posts relevant to WebTV service and customer service improvement. Posts might also include constructive criticism of the WebTV service.
