Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.internet.usenet
CHARTER
The purpose of this newsgroup is to provide a place for Web TV subscribers to discuss Usenet newsgroups.
Topics for discussion include, but are not limited to, favorite/least favorite NGs, where to find news servers, anti-Web TV prejudice in Usenet, how to create Usenet NGs, and how Web TV users interact with Usenet in general.
