History
On September 4th, 1998 WNI cancelled any and all groups which existed under the alt.discuss.no-rules subhierarchy. No matter what the reason, there were some good newsgroups within the no-rules subhierarchy.

Most affected was Joni who lost over 300 newsgroups which had been created for her. Without recreating the whole subhierarchy Joni wishes to have a newsgroup where the topics can be taken from the list of old no-rules newsgroups and embelished upon.

Purpose:
To have fun discussing a variety of topics that were discussed in the no-rules newsgroups.

Flaming, trolling, melding, flooding, character assasination, impersonation of other posters, posting other posters personal information, and all other sundry tricks are off topic but not disallowed. Html allowed.

Thanks go out to many people for helping to name and propose this newsgroup.
