Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.music.rock.oldies

Discussion group about music from the '50s, '60s, and '70s. Topics will include singers/bands, one-hit wonders, radio stations, etc., etc. Doo-Wop to Motown. Psychedelic to Disco. I place this in the rock category since this would be about music from the rock era -- basically, 1954 onward (to '70s).
