Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.parenting.teens

hi I am a parent to a teenage and like many of your other web and com we need a place to talk about our teenagers, and even if a teenager wants to ask a question or say what there feeling they can. I all ready put a propose on the new alt.discuss config. so how does this work now and did I do this right.
