Proposal: alt.discuss.programming.php

Charter for alt.discuss.programming.php:

Php is the next html and is picking up quickly in the webtv world. Everyone knows that perl only got big because of the newsgroups for it, so my hope with this creation is to give webtvers a chance to learn more about this wonderful language by sharing and interaction. Many webtvers are attempting to learn php, at an ever growing rate. Some for fun, some to meet the demands of the ever expanding world of computers, and some just to show off how smart they are.   This newsgroup could provide a place for webtvers to succeed, with the sharing of thoughts, the giving of help, and the passing along of ideas, the same way the perl newsgroups have succeeded. This is a much needed newsgroup and should be voted in.
