Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.racing.nascarrules

(Charter)

The alt.discuss.racing.nascarrules will be an alt.discuss newsgroup for the discussion of Nascar related topics. A place where Nascar Fans can gather to learn more about the sport, exchange ideas on issues in the sport, and comment on drivers and races.

(Guidelines)

1. Flaming and profanity is strictly prohibited. This is NO place for bashing!
2. Topics confined to Nascar-related only.
3. Opinions and comments must be kept respectful and friendly.
4. This will be an HTML friendly a.d. group.
