Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.radical.webtv.users.heaven

This Newsgroup will be a child safe group for all ages - races - and types of moral people to discuss and get updates on or about the webstie known as Radical WebTv User's Heaven. Also everyone may discuss topics they feel like discussing anytime as long as there is no spamming, flaming, or harassment of any sort. This is a fun group, and only fun, intelligent, and morally sound people may participate in it. Oh and don't forget to bring your sense of humor! :-)
