Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.religion.circle-of-prayer

Circle of Prayer Charter
This newsgroup has only one purpose: to provide a place in the alt. discuss hierarchy where posters from any group can gather to offer prayers and/or provide visible support and encouragement to those they feel are in need.

Circle of Prayer is intended to be completely non-denominational and open to all for its intended purpose. Discussion designed to promote specific faiths or beliefs is strongly discouraged. It goes without saying that flames of any sort would be totally out of place in this group.
