This News Group will be for the habits, photography, and study of wild birds in North America. Pictures and vid-caps along with commentary about the life and behavior of wild birds in and out of their habitat. The proposer reserves the right to change the charter. If the proposer is no longer a part of webtv the charter may be changed by a majority vote of of posting regulars.
