Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.sport.nascar.civil-discussion

This group will be for those who love the sport of NASCAR. Where civil discussion will be held, meaning discussion without attacking/flaming any other poster. Where use of excessive or un-needed profanity (as determined by the group creator) will be met first with a warning being posted on the NG and being emailed to the offender. The second offense will be considered abuse and the offender will be notified via post and email that they are no longer welcomed on the NG. A third and all other offenses will be sent to abuse@.net in an attempt to have the offenders service suspended or cancelled. We shall try to make this a group for those of us who love to discuss NASCAR in a civil manner, and let those who don't post in other NGs.
