Charter for alt.discuss.state.wyoming:
This is to be a place for, but not restricted to, current and former Wyoming residents. Discussions pertaining to Wyoming are encouraged and welcomed. Social interaction among posters is also encouraged and welcomed. Wyoming is known as the "Equality State" for being the first state to grant women the right to vote.
