Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.stoopid-newsgroups.the.ultimant.guide

This will be the ultimant guide to stoopid newsgroups. I, as a practicing real-life atorney will take full charge of this group. It will be a discussion of the stoopidest groups in alt.discuss, what there point is if they have one, and instructions on how to get there. I think that this will be a very helpful addition to the hlgharchy, and should solve the disconfigulational problem with all of the poorly named misplaced ngs.
