Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.vid-caps
CHARTER:
This is a family oriented newsgroup where people can share their vid-caps on almost any topic of interest for the enjoyment of others.
GUIDELINES:
These guidelines are not meant as any form of censorship, but only as a way to assure enjoyment for all posters.
1. Any and all WebTV Terms of Service violations will be reported.
2. Show respect....NO flaming, offensive or abusive language.
3. Leave the spam for the Trolls. (Trolls are a hungry bunch for attention and should be ignored, not responded to. This is a sure-fire way to get rid of them).
4. Spamming of any kind is not allowed.
5. Pornography, nudity, graphic or violent images of any kind will not be tolerated.
6. This is NOT a moderated newsgroup. I have no control over what is posted, nor can I delete or change them in any way.
7. Anyone with a WebTV unit can access this group.
8. If a problem arises with someone who posts here email me at MazeDon@.net and we will discuss the problem and seek a solution together.
