Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.webtv.operations
This group will be for the purpose of discussing all aspects of the operations of WebTV. Its focus will be the technical characteristics, daily operations, and research and development of WebTV. Customer service and peripheral operations will also be on topic. Operations of the parent company and its partners will be on topic only if they pertain to the operation or future of WebTV.
Computer development and general social issues pertaining to the internet will be off-topic. Flaming of participants is unnecessary and unwanted. Flaming will be reported to abuse.
