Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.webtv.terms-of-service

This group will be for the discussion of the Webtv Trems of Service (TOS).

Users can discuss how the TOS can be improved to better support the users.

Ask questions about certain parts they might not understand.

Not only could posters discuss unfair enforcement of the TOS, they could also discuss the _lack_ of TOS enforcement in the in NGs.

Or anything else pretaining to the TOS....
