Charter for alt.discuss.god-talk.agnostic

I am proposing a newsgroup, alt.discuss.god-talk.agnostic, If other religions can have their own newsgroups, why can't we? This newsgroup will be for and about agnostics. ANYBODY may freely express their opinion about agnostics and their beliefs. I believe this is a good topic and will generate interesting conversation.
