Charter/discription for alt.discuss.home.cooking
This group was one of the original Web tv newsgroups set up after the close of the infamous .talk group. It was started as a discussion group about cooking and topics related to cooking. The group focuses upon cooking-type topics, grocery stores, prices, seasonal produce, etc. From time to time someone will post a recipe, but, more often than not, the group tends to discuss concepts rather than actual 1 cup of this and 1/4 cup of that recipes.
The group does sometimes have an interest in finding or creating kudzu recipes, but, to date, no real recipe has been offered.
