The Charter for alt.discuss.HTML.spanish
This group is proposed with the idea to help users of Web tv in the creation of E-mail pages and Websites on the internet, and although the group is proposed for hispanics, all post in all languages will be welcome, believing that the development of our knowledge will be greater if we open our minds and learn from others too.

Este grupo fue propuesto con la idea de ayudar a los usuarios de Web Tv en la creacion de sus paginas de E-mail y el internet, y aunque el grupo es propuesto para el uso de hispanos todos los puestos en cualquier idioma seran bienvenidos creyendo que el crecimiento de nuestro conocimento sera mayor si abrimos nuestras mentes y aprendemos de otros.
