Charter for alt.discuss.html.walkthrough:
This group will consist of friendly people who want to help each other with building websites and e-mail signatures. Newcomers to webtv are especially encouraged to post here for help. Everyone interested in the creation of this group has a variety of experience to share, yet none of us claim to know it all. We hope to gain knowledge here as well as share it. The purpose here is to help people with one-on-one (walkthrough) help for building pages and using the tools necessary to do so. Anyone who needs an answer or has an answer is welcome.
