Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.internet.e-mail

CHARTER: alt.discuss.internet.e-mail

The purpose of this newsgroup is to discuss e-mail related topics.

Topics for discussion include: e-mail services (both free and paid), POP3, IMAP, SMTP servers and web based e-mail. Discussion topics also include e-mail related services such as mailing lists, reminder and greeting card services.

Discussion should include where these services can be found, account set up, and how to use the service as well as user experiences.

Some PC related discussion about e-mail is welcome because more Web TV users are also using computers now.
