Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.irc.vbirc

This newsgroup will be mainly for the users of my chat client (VBIRC), but on-topic discussion will not be limited to only VBIRC. Discussion of Web TV-related issues, the trading or posting of IRC scripts, or even discussion of programming languages such as javascript and perl will be strongly encouraged.

I will also use the newsgroup to possibly help people with problems they may run into while making their own personal IRCs, or even assist people in writing good html and javascript that they may use to make the construction of an IRC much easier.
