Created to promote the sport of NASCAR racing, its discussions, and its fans, this group was first activated as a no-rules group in August 1998.
After the removal of the no-rules groups, it was created under the a.d.sport hierarchy.
The idea is to provide a common venue for the NASCAR fans on WebTV and be a place to visit and discuss NASCAR news.
