Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.webtv.cgi
This newsgroup will discuss the use of cgi in conjunction with webtv. We will focus primarily on the beta cgi tester at Tripod, as this is the most readily available cgi hosting tool to webtv users.
We will include discussions on the fundamentals of cgi, new scripting ideas and test pages. Flaming and trolling will be discouraged.
