Charter for alt.discuss.webtv.html
I'm proposing this room to help new people get started and learn javascript, html, and dhtml for their signatures and homepages. I know how to code in javascript and html but I'm still learning html... I also want to have an active way of learning off of eachother as everyone will hopefully learn something new. Someone told me all I had to do was make a form so you may see some votes from this but I'm not sure.
