Charter for alt.discuss.webtv.stuff:
This is a newsgroup I propose for discussion on anything webtv related whether be HTML, javascript, tools, games, pagebuilder, webpages etc. or just a friendly place to post and meet people who have interest in these things. Basically, just a group on and for any kind of webtv "stuff". :^)
