If you've had problems with your webtv and were often ignored or given terse little replies from the company "that it's taken care of" or "we can't help you", this is your podium to voice your outrage in public. We've had enough of poor service, slow loading times, useless upgrades and price increases for a product that doesn't even deliver half of it's empty promises.
