Proposal for the creation of alt.discuss.webtv.tables

This newsgroup would range from the basic's of a table to the most advanced codes and everything in between. There would be no flaming and bad language in the newsgroup. Myself would answer any and all questions about tables that anyone has. So overall this would be a very helpful and great newsgroup.
