Discussions on issues such as Work Safety, Pay and Benefits, Incompetent Workers, Pensions, Shift Work, Job Security, Outsourcing, Downsizing, Layoffs, Contract Work, Temp Work, Fair Treatment, Job Discrimination, Political Correctness, Unions and Work-Related Laws are also encouraged.
